There are more than 7,000 varieties of apples from all over the world. It has numerous benefits and there are hundreds of ways to use the apple. I will name a few and they are as follows:

Apples are low in calories and are perfect fillers for many dishes and helps to bulk up your meal without the extra calories from other dishes that are usually added to a meal. Apple cider vinegar is made from fresh ripe apples that are fermented and undergo a stringent process to create the final product. The vinegar contains a host of vitamins, beta-carotene, pectin and vital minerals such as potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorous, chlorine, Sulphur, iron, and fluorine.
